Food has always been a passionate subject to us at Cinnamon. We delight in the preparation of it, the presentation of it and of course the partaking of it. The executive chef and his team revel day and night cutting and chopping, boiling and baking, stirring and shaking, to come up with creations to suit every different taste bud that comes through our doors.  After days of selecting, weeks of preparing and months of creating, we are certain that your visit will become an experience never to be forgotten, time after time, every time. 

Each dish has its own particular flavour and aroma that is prepared from spices which have to be composed from fresh, everyday ingredients, in order to secure that distinctive taste. We have combined our very own eastern flavours together with the western menu to create our exquisite “Nouvelle Indian Cuisine” which is a first for Indian fusion “Haute” cuisine in the North East of Scotland.
